Braintree Town Football Club - Mascot Competition
On Thursday 24th April we were delighted to welcome players from Braintree Town FC to the school. Ryan Clampin, Tom Blackwell, Kyrell Lisbie and George Langston came along with Marketing & Sponsorship Director Alan Stuckey and Adam Canning from the club to collect the school’s entries for their ‘Design a Mascot’ competition. As well as being put forward for the Braintree Town FC promotion, we also ran it as a House Competition in school. Congratulations to Holly Webb, Noel McAiney, Abbie Jarvis and Millie James who were all awarded house points for their outstanding entries. Following the photos, the players joined Mr Cleevely and Mr Lawn at lunchtime to meet with students of various year groups, providing an opportunity for our youngsters to chat to the players and get autographs which they thoroughly enjoyed.
